UAE Scouts Association Board of Directors
The UAE Scouts Association Board of Directors is the governing authority for work in the UAE Scouts Association, elected by the association's general assembly. It aims to support and develop the scouting movement in the United Arab Emirates. The board is committed to promoting values of leadership and responsibility among UAE youth.
About the UAE Scouts Association
The Emirates Scouts Association is a public benefit organization accredited by the Ministry of Community Empowerment and licensed by the Community Development Authority in Dubai. Established in 1977, it has legal, financial, and administrative independence and is a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. Its headquarters are in Dubai, and its activities cover all Emirates of the UAE.

Vision
By 2025, the UAE Scouting Movement aims to be a leader in youth work — the most influential and widespread — keeping pace with development locally and globally. It seeks to double participation and empower active citizens who drive positive change while preserving Emirati values, heritage, and traditions in harmony with modern advancements.
Mission
Making a positive contribution to the development of individuals and society by upholding the values of scouting education, based on the Scout Promise and Law, and enhancing its positive role in active citizenship in alignment with national principles, through creating an attractive environment for boys and youth to contribute to building a better world and supporting the objectives of Emirati community development.
