The Emirates Scouts Association extends its warmest congratulations to its elected Board of Directors for the (2026 – 2029) term, led by Dr. Salem Abdulrahman Al Darmaki. The Association wishes the board success in leading the scouting movement and enhancing its role in youth development and community service.
The new board features a distinguished group of national leaders, including Major General Abdulrahman Mohamed Rafiee and Dr. Abdullah Ahmed Al Mashrakh as Vice Chairmen, and Dr. Khalil Rahma Ali Hassan as Secretary General and International Commissioner. The board also includes specialized heads for legal, financial, leadership development, youth, and volunteer committees. The Association affirms its confidence in the board’s vision to achieve scouting excellence and instill values of giving and responsibility in future generations.
