The Dubai Scouts Commission is organizing a major community initiative, distributing 1,000 national flags to citizens’ homes across various residential areas in Dubai as part of the “Proud of UAE” campaign. This initiative aims to strengthen national identity and foster loyalty, featuring active field participation from leaders, scouts, and volunteers.
Major General Abdulrahman Rafiee, Chairman of the Dubai Scouts Commission, affirms that this initiative embodies the wise leadership’s vision of promoting good citizenship, noting that raising the flag represents social cohesion. Furthermore, Dr. Khalil Rahma, Executive Director of the Commission, explains that the event seeks to empower youth and instill positive values, reinforcing the scouts’ role as a key partner in supporting national objectives and volunteer work.
