Under the Family Year initiatives, a Promise and Investiture Ceremony was held for the Mohammed Bin Rashid School – Al Mizhar Scout team, with the participation of 120 male and female students, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Khalil Rahma, Secretary-General of the Emirates Scout Association, and Leader Mohammed Ibrahim, Board Member of the Dubai Scout Commission, along with leaders, facilitators, administrative staff, and parents.
The ceremony highlighted the pivotal role of the family in supporting the scouting movement as the primary partner in developing children’s personalities, strengthening educational and national values, and encouraging their commitment to scouting activities that help build a well-balanced character and promote a spirit of responsibility, teamwork, and community service. During the event, students successfully completed the investiture stage and donned the scout neckerchief, marking the beginning of a new scouting phase aimed at instilling the values of belonging, discipline, and teamwork, with best wishes for their continued success in their scouting and educational journey.
