The UAE Scout Association, in cooperation with the Ras Al Khaimah Scout Commission, organized the second phase of the “Innovators Challenge” project on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Harvest School in Ras Al Khaimah. The event saw the participation of 30 scouts, senior scouts, and guides, as part of a nationwide initiative designed to develop youth leadership and innovation skills.
This session continued the series of training phases conducted across various schools, focusing on instilling humanitarian values and strengthening teamwork, collaboration, and social responsibility through interactive and creative activities.
Held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., the program included workshops and exercises on leadership, planning, and organization, along with environmental awareness sessions emphasizing the importance of sustainability and ecological responsibility. Participants were also encouraged to engage in community service and charitable initiatives.
Supervising leaders commended the participants’ enthusiasm and teamwork, highlighting that the project serves as a valuable platform for building leadership competencies and empowering scouts and guides to become influential changemakers contributing to community development and sustainable growth.
