The Ras Al Khaimah Scout Commission, in cooperation with Ras Al Khaimah Modern Private School, organized the Second Ramadan Championship from March 21 to 26, 2025, at the Scout Commission headquarters and the Emirates Club. The event brought together 50 participants, including leaders and senior scouts, in a spirit of friendly competition and teamwork.
The championship aimed to promote physical activity and fitness during the holy month of Ramadan while strengthening social bonds and teamwork among participants. It also sought to reinforce sporting values of respect, discipline, and fair play within a community-oriented environment.
The schedule featured tournaments in chess, football, billiards, and table tennis, allowing participants to engage in healthy competition and demonstrate their skills in an atmosphere of camaraderie and scout spirit.
At the conclusion of the event, winners and participants were honored for their performance and commitment. Organizers from the Scout Commission and Ras Al Khaimah Modern Private School commended the dedication of the scouts and leaders, emphasizing the importance of such activities in enhancing physical and mental wellbeing, teamwork, and community engagement among youth.
