Integrate sustainable development values into scouting and educational work: Equip leaders with the tools and knowledge needed to connect scouting and educational activities with sustainable development goals, and encourage youth to engage in conscious and sustainable community work.

Stimulate community entrepreneurship spirit and responsibility among leaders: Encourage participants to take the initiative in creating environments that foster innovation and promote the concept of “Scouting for Impact.”

Qualify leaders to plan, implement, and monitor community projects: Train participants on the stages of community project design—from problem identification and analysis to developing realistic implementation plans, followed by evaluation and impact measurement.
