This document represents a binding agreement between the user of the UAE Scouts Association website (“User”) and the Association (“We” or “Association”). Please read the terms carefully before using the website; your mere access means complete acceptance of these terms.

First: Definitions

Using the website for commercial or advertising purposes without written permission from the Association is forbidden.

The Association collects the minimum personal data necessary to provide services.
Data is stored on secure servers within the UAE, and transfer to external parties is prohibited except by court order or explicit consent from the data owner.
The user has the right to request correction or deletion of their data according to procedures announced on the “Privacy” page.

Sixth: Intellectual Property Rights

The user grants the Association a non-exclusive global license to publish or modify their content for non-commercial purposes.
The Association reserves the right to remove any content that violates this agreement or harms the scouting movement’s reputation without prior notice.

Eighth: Liability Limitations
The website is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties regarding content accuracy or service continuity.
The Association bears no direct or indirect damages arising from website use or inability to use it.

Ninth: Membership Suspension and Service Termination
The Association may suspend or terminate a user’s account if they violate agreement terms or misuse the platform; they will be notified via registered email.

Tenth: Modifications
The Association may modify these systems at any time. The updated version is published with the effective date, and continued browsing is considered implicit acceptance of modifications.

Eleventh: Applicable Law
This agreement is subject to UAE laws, and UAE courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from it.
