About the Committee
A volunteer committee affiliated with the UAE Scouts Association and administratively linked to the Chairman of the UAE Scouts Association Board of Directors. It has its legal status and internal system and regulations that organize its work.
Mission
Creating an attractive environment for veteran scouts, supporting the development of scouting performance, and ensuring honorable participation locally, regionally (Gulf), Arab-wide, and internationally.
Vision
To make the UAE Scouts Pioneers Committee a leading force in scouting for veteran scouts.
Committee Objectives
Preparation and adoption of legislation
And the systems, policies, and regulatory and executive bylaws that help implement the various plans and programs in accordance with the association’s strategic plan
Preparing and approving legislations

Coordinating and supervising the camps
training centers owned by the association, and issuing technical and internal regulations related to general scouting systems, testing rules, disciplinary measures, and similar matters.
Approving the awarding of medals, badges
and patches related to scouting activities, defining their specific uniforms, and organizing official qualification courses for assistant trainers and training leaders.
Preparing the regulations, decisions
and rulings related to the scouting movement in the country.
Preparing the strategic
plan and ensuring its implementation to advance the movement and achieve its goals within the country, along with setting objectives, programs, and initiatives that support the association’s operational plans.
Establishing principles of cooperation
coordination, and mutual respect with various parties inside and outside the country.
Respecting the laws, regulations
and rules in force in the country in cooperation with all relevant authorities.
Ensuring respect for the constitution
regulations, orders, and decisions issued by the World Organization and the Arab Regional Office, and preventing their violation.

Working to Spread Scout Awareness
In society and institutions and benefiting from the field and scientific experiences and expertise of rovers.

Between the committee and scout rover associations in Arab countries and countries around the world.
Increasing Connection, Acquaintance, and Cooperation
Among scout rovers in the country who have experienced and believed in its mission and laws.
Committee Activities
Training
Organizes advanced training courses in various scout and life fields to qualify rovers for leadership roles. Training covers leadership, management, planning, organization, and first aid skills. Applies modern training methods that combine theory and practical application.

External Participation
Coordinates member participation in local, regional, and international conferences and camps to provide them with diverse experiences. Aims to exchange experiences with other scout associations and represent the UAE in international events. These participations contribute to expanding rovers' horizons and enhancing their ability to interact culturally with different cultures.
