Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, the Emirates Scout Association is hosting leaders of the Scout movement participating in the 31st Arab Scout Conference and the 6th Arab Scout Youth Forum in Abu Dhabi from 9 to 21 November 2025, reaffirming the UAE’s position as a leading hub for youth empowerment and Arab Scouting.
The event, organized by the Arab Scout Region and the Arab Scout Organization, brings together Scout leaders and young people from across the Arab world to reinforce the region’s commitment to Scout education and youth capacity building, while celebrating the achievements of the past three years and the growth of the Scout movement in the Arab region, which now includes around 515,000 Scouts from 19 national Scout associations.
Dr. Salem Abdulrahman Al Darmaki, Vice-Chairman of the Arab Scout Committee and Chairman of the Emirates Scout Association, stated that hosting the conference in Abu Dhabi, more than three decades after the 18th conference in 1988, represents a historic milestone to renew the pledge to the mission of Scouting in building people and instilling values, noting that the association, in cooperation with local and federal partners, has provided all the elements necessary for the success of this major Arab event and to further strengthen the UAE’s leadership in supporting Scouting and empowering young generations.
