The JOTA-JOTI World Scout Jamboree on the Air and the Internet, hosted by the University of Sharjah from October 17-19, 2025, under the theme “A World Shaped by Youth,” received extensive media coverage from local newspapers.

The coverage highlighted the camp’s activities and the remarkable interaction among participants from various scout commissions across the UAE, as well as the University of Sharjah and Al Qasimia University, emphasizing the role of the scouting movement in fostering global communication and empowering youth through technology and innovation.

The activities of the World Scout Jamboree on the Air and Internet (JOTA-JOTI) under the slogan “A world shaped by youth”, with the participation of 100 Rovers, Scouts, and Guides representing the Scout Commissions in the country, in addition to the participation of Rovers and Scouts from the University of Sharjah and Al Qasimia University, organized by the Emirates Scout Association in cooperation with the University of Sharjah and the Emirates Amateur Radio Society.
