Hussain Musallam began his scouting journey in 2018 by participating in the JOTA-JOTI camp, finding a community aligned with his ambitions and personality. Joining the Dubai Scout Commission, he proved himself reliable and proactive, becoming a model scout. He represented the UAE at the 24th World Scout Jamboree in the USA, proudly raising his nation’s flag. He participated in national and regional forums, including the Youth Eyes Forum, engaging with His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan and Her Excellency Shamma Al Mazrouei, where he found his true passion for youth leadership and empowerment through scouting. Continuing to develop his leadership skills through local and Gulf camps, he became a member of the Emirates Scout Association Youth Committee, representing Emirati youth in regional and international platforms. For him, scouting is a life school teaching leadership, discipline, teamwork, and selfless service to the nation, with a steadfast commitment to advancing the scouting movement in the UAE and the Arab world.
