Supervised by a team of expert trainers and scout leaders, the program focused on equipping young participants with the competencies necessary for innovation, problem-solving, and project development aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The goal was to empower youth to create impactful and sustainable projects that contribute positively to their communities.
The training activities included registration and accommodation, an official opening ceremony, an introduction to the “Impactful Innovators Challenge” initiative, sessions on “Scouting for Sustainable Development Goals,” workshops on creative thinking and problem-solving, idea stations, and practical sessions on project planning and execution. The program concluded with an evaluation segment and a closing ceremony honoring participants.
The UAE Scout Association stated that this initiative supports its mission to prepare young scouts with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to innovate and lead positive change in society. It emphasizes the importance of fostering empowered youth capable of contributing to sustainability, innovation, and collective progress in alignment with the UAE’s vision for the future.
