The Sharjah Scout Commission organized the Youth Talents Camp from April 18 to 20, 2025, under the theme “We Discover Our Abilities, We Build Our Future,” within the framework of the Sheikh Sultan Award for Youth Talents, with the participation of 36 scouts in the targeted age group.

The camp was held in implementation of the noble directives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah to support and empower youth capabilities, and in accordance with the approved requirements of the youth camp program. Participants benefited from the well-equipped infrastructure provided by the Scout Commission, which included camping facilities, training programs, and qualified supervision.

The camp’s main activities included the Adventure segment, where participants engaged in outdoor camping experiences in natural locations involving physical challenges, supervised by accredited institutions. Each participant was required to camp overnight in tents and complete at least one physical challenge per day over a continuous three-day program. Another key component was the Volunteering segment, which emphasized the values of giving, community engagement, and environmental service without financial gain.

The overall participation was highly positive, marked by enthusiasm and collaboration among participants, which contributed to achieving the camp’s objectives and strengthening friendship and teamwork. The Commission recommended continuing this initiative through unified training sessions for the different award levels in the future to sustain and enhance the program’s impact on developing youth potential.
