The Fujairah Scout Commission, in cooperation with the Sharjah Scout Commission, organized a sub-station of the global JOTA-JOTI 2025 Camp at the headquarters in Fujairah on October 17–18, with the participation of advanced scouts from Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi School H3. The event aimed to connect local scouts with their peers worldwide through technology and communication platforms.

The initiative comes as part of the Commission’s efforts to strengthen Fujairah’s presence in national and international scouting programs, enhance participants’ communication and teamwork skills, and reinforce national identity, friendship, and global awareness among scouts.

The program’s activities included the opening assembly, welcoming participants, interactive online sessions, and technical scouting challenges, alongside supervision and guidance from local scout leaders to train participants on camp coordination and participation. The event concluded with an appreciation ceremony for the scouts’ active involvement and performance.

The Fujairah Scout Commission highlighted that participation in JOTA-JOTI provides an enriching educational experience for advanced scouts, giving them the opportunity to engage with global peers, gain new skills, and strengthen leadership and responsibility—key values driving the ongoing development of scouting in the emirate.
