The Dubai Scout Commission, in cooperation with the Aga Khan Scout and Guide Groups, conducted the second phase of the “Impactful Innovators Challenge” project on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at the Ismaili Centre in Dubai. The event was part of a national training initiative designed to enhance creativity, innovation, and youth empowerment through project-based learning.

The session was held in the evening via the “Tamayoz” platform and continued until 9:00 p.m. It featured interactive workshops and working groups focused on creative thinking, entrepreneurship, and project planning, equipping participants with the knowledge, behavioral, and social competencies aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and UAE Vision 2030.

The program included a structured agenda beginning with reception and introductions, followed by an overview of the “Impactful Innovators Challenge” initiative, the “Scouting for Sustainable Development” session, creative thinking and problem-solving exercises, idea generation activities, and guidance on project planning and implementation. The workshop concluded with evaluation and reflection from participants.

Participants showed high levels of engagement and enthusiasm, expressing appreciation for the opportunity to contribute innovative solutions to community challenges. The organizing committee emphasized that this second phase builds upon the achievements of the first phase launched in April, marking a key step toward empowering youth to transform their innovative concepts into impactful and sustainable initiatives that drive positive change in society.
