The Dubai Scout Commission organized a practical training session on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at GEMS Jewels Private School in Oud Metha, aimed at introducing young boys and girls to scouting values and traditions while developing their core scouting skills.
The session, held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, included practical instruction on the Scout Promise and Law, marching formations, commands, and ropework exercises designed to strengthen teamwork, focus, and adherence to scouting discipline.
Participants showed great enthusiasm and eagerness to learn more about the history and practices of scouting, leadership, and cooperation. Teachers praised the Dubai Scout Commission’s role in promoting the scouting culture within schools and providing students with hands-on learning experiences that build confidence, discipline, and civic responsibility.
