Ajyal Al Wadi School organized the Cubs’ Promise and Acceptance Ceremony on Thursday, January 23, 2025, in cooperation with the Ras Al Khaimah Scout Commission and Shaml Police Station. The event aimed to reinforce scouting values, strengthen team spirit, and instill a sense of belonging and discipline among the participating Cubs and Brownies.
The ceremony began at 9:00 a.m. and continued until 11:00 a.m. It was attended by scout leaders, school officials, and representatives from the Ras Al Khaimah Scout Commission and Shaml Police. The event was filled with enthusiasm and pride as the Cubs and Brownies recited the Scout Promise and Law under the supervision of their leaders.
The ceremony also included several symbolic activities such as wearing the scout neckerchief, scout law recitations, and honoring participants with certificates and awards. These activities highlighted the importance of commitment to scouting principles and their reflection on daily life and behavior.
This celebration served as part of the school’s efforts to nurture responsible, cooperative, and community-minded youth while strengthening leadership and discipline through scouting education. It emphasized how scout programs complement academic development by fostering teamwork, respect, and service to society.
