Concerned with empowering scout youth and involving them in decision-making processes at various organizational levels. Develops special programs to develop leadership skills and community participation among UAE scout youth. Represents UAE Scouts in Arab and international youth forums and organizes events aimed at exchanging experiences and building youth partnerships.
