Supervises development and implementation of educational and recreational programs suitable for different age groups of scouts. Ensures quality of activities offered and their suitability for children and youth’s developmental stages and achievement of desired educational objectives. Develops methods for evaluating member progress and motivates them for personal and skill development through the badge and achievement system.
