Concerned with managing volunteer affairs in terms of recruitment, training, motivation, and retention. Develops organized volunteering programs and provides diverse opportunities for participation in scouting work according to each volunteer’s capabilities and interests. Works to build a comprehensive volunteer database and provide appreciation and recognition programs to motivate them to give and continue.
