Concerned with establishing and implementing policies and procedures to protect children and youth from all forms of harm and abuse. Develops mandatory training programs for all volunteers on how to recognize signs of abuse and deal with them appropriately. Ensures providing a safe and protected environment for all scouting activities and monitors implementation of global best practices in child protection.
