Re-Announcement of Emirates Scout Association
In 2021, the Emirates Scout Association was re-announced by Ministerial Decision No. 47 of 2021, issued by the Ministry of Community Development on 18/3/2021.

The Late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (May God Rest His Soul)
The founder of the state and builder of the union who believed in the scouting movement and its role in building boys and youth on values of loyalty and belonging to wise leadership, in addition to its values and ability to achieve comprehensive development of citizens physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially. He allocated scout camps for it and His Highness was keen to attend scout gatherings and camps to be alongside his scout children, serving as an inspiration to the movement and its guide in its early days in the state. Additionally, His Highness sponsored the state's hosting of the 18th Arab Scout Conference in 1988 and received the delegations participating in the camp.
His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi
He was the first patrol leader in UAE history as a student at Al Qasimiya School in 1954. His participation in the tenth scout camp in Kuwait in 1956 was the first external participation of UAE Scouts, which was a great achievement at the time. It's beautiful that someone who became the ruler of Sharjah was once a scout patrol leader, which shows how important the scouting movement was in forming leadership personalities. His Highness's commitment to organizing the annual Sharjah International Meeting to be a beacon guiding his scout children from all over the world on UAE soil.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum
The first president of the Supreme Council for UAE Scouts in 1972, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance and Industry. The man assumed leadership during the most difficult stage, which was the stage of official establishment and registration. Under his leadership, UAE Scouts obtained Arab recognition in 1972 and global recognition in 1977. His personality and position helped the scouting movement take its official and internationally recognized place.

The sponsorship of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, for the 33rd Arab Scout Camp held in Al Marmoom Desert Reserve in Dubai 2023 served as inspiration for scouts from various Arab nations to care for the environment and wildlife and establish sustainable scout camps.

The journey of building, development, and support from wise leadership for the scouting movement continues with the honor of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, sponsoring the Sixth Arab Scout Youth Forum and the Thirty-First Arab Scout Conference being held in Abu Dhabi in November 2025, allowing the UAE Scouts Association to write a new line of leadership and looking toward the future.
